The 9th China System-in-Packaging Conference

As the most important SiP conference in China, it has enjoyed extensive influence in global SiP and advanced packaging and testing communities. From 2017 to 2024, it attracted participants from over 250 companies from China, the United States, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, India, Singapore, Malaysia and other international and regional regions. In each of those years, 1,000 to 2,000 professional attendants gathered offline, engaging in frontier technology exchanges and high-end networking.
